Project features  

Narrative Description of Project:

The project aims at providing the city of Al-Qaidah with a sanitation system contains of the following:

•Approximate 53,000 meters of wastewater gravity uPVC pipe lines, DN 200 to DN 500;

•Approximate 35,000 meters of waste water house connections of uPVC pipes, DN 150, including 5,072 inspection chambers;

•Approximate 2047 manholes;

•One sewage treatment plant of 13000 m3/day capacity, including inlet facility (screen unit, venture flume unit), Imhoff type primary clarifier, detention tank, trickling filter, secondary clarifier, sludge drying beds, excess sludge pumping system, effluent re- circulation pumping system, operation building, emergency power generator set, boundary walls, gate house, mixing and distribution chambers, effluent discharge pipe line DN 300, plant and street lighting system.
