Real-estate Development Division
DEEP provides comprehensive services in Real-estate Development, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved land or built structures. We coordinate the activities, converting ideas on paper into real property. We create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.
Our services in Real-estate development management include but not limited to the following:

- Develop designs of building and construction phase programs,
- Obtain the necessary legal and public approvals and seek financing,
